Mango-Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

4 cups chopped fresh broccoli flowerets

1 lg ripe mango diced

1/2 cup cashews

1/2 cup red onion finely chopped

3/4 cups no-fat buttermilk ranch salad dressing

3 tbsps orange juice

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 oz) (11 can mandarin oranges drained

Directions

In a large mixing bowl combine broccoli, mango, cashews, and onion. In another bowl combine dressing, orange juice & horseradish. Add to broccoli mixture. Toss to mix. Top with drained mandarin orange sections.
